We’re proud to have secured both planning permission and listed building consent for the transformation of this beautiful Grade II listed pub in rural Kent. Working closely with Antidote Projects — the creative team behind The Pigs Head in Clapham — the project set out to reimagine a local landmark for a new generation.
The proposal features an ambitious master plan that sensitively extends the historic building to create a sustainable, “pro-planet” dining and drinking experience. The scheme balances heritage and innovation — celebrating the pub’s rural character while introducing new spaces for food, drink, and community, all designed with environmental responsibility at its core.
From early feasibility discussions to navigating a complex planning and conservation process, our team guided the project every step of the way, ensuring that this much-loved village pub will thrive long into the future.
